Assembly and Integration Technician (AIT)

Sidereus Space Dynamics is at the forefront of revolutionizing space access through its pioneering reusable single-stage launch vehicles, tailored for ultra-responsive orbital access.   

The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly and tuning of mechanical components. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical assembly experience, excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. The role also requires a good understanding of technical drawings and production specifications. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred. 
  • Previous experience in the role of Assembly Technician or in similar positions. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. 
  • Excellent manual dexterity and accuracy in the use of assembly tools and equipment. 
  • Knowledge of quality control practices. 
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team. 
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Knowledge of the English language (preferable). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components following instructions and technical drawings. 
  • Use assembly tools and machines in a safe and efficient manner. 
  • Perform testing and quality control to ensure products meet company standards. 
  • Resolve any technical problems during the assembly and testing process. 
  • Maintain and calibrate tools and work equipment. 
  • Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure production targets are met. 
  • Follow safety procedures. 
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of activities. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 15 kg. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time. 

What We Offer:

For this role, we offer a starting salary range between €25,000 and €45,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
